Heka Has About 54,000 Apartments, Where 92,000 People From Helsinki Live. Heka Uses Software Robots For, Among Other Things, Creating Water Bills For Residents, Setting Up Targets And Collection Reminders. In These, Manual Work Has Been Replaced By Robotics Solutions. In The Future, We Want To Expand The Use Of Robots. Hekas Intention Is To Move To A Robotics Service Model Where Robotics Is Produced Using The Raas Principle, Which Enables Scalability, Cost Efficiency And Clearer Management. In The Future Model, The Service Provider Is Responsible For Both Technical And Administrative Requirements. The Goal Is That The Price Of The Service Includes Unlimited Simultaneous Use Of Robots Without Separate License Restrictions.
