The Construction Site Is Located On Unconsolidated Alluvial Sediment Consisting Of Clay, Sand And Gravel. At Higher Water Levels, The Subsoil Is Aquifer. The Existing Shelter Served As A Covered Grandstand For Spectators. It Is A Steel Structure Set Into Concrete Footings, Supplemented By Wooden Purlins With Roof Sheathing. The Construction Of The Grandstand Roof Does Not Meet Current Safety And Stability Requirements. Corrosion Damage To Load-Bearing Elements, Joints And Reduced Load-Bearing Capacity Of Wooden Purlins Due To Leakage Through The Roof Sheathing Was Recorded. During The Construction, The Existing Roofing And Wooden Purlins Will Be Dismantled And The Existing Steel Structure Of The Grandstand Roof Will Be Demolished. The Existing Steps Of The Tribune Made Of Concrete Plastered Blocks Will Be Removed And The Embankment Below Them Will Be Removed To The Level Of The Existing Pavement In Front Of The Tribune, I.E. Approx. 197.150 M.A.S.L. There Will Be An Area For Wheelchair Users. Access To The Area For Wheelchair Users And The Area Itself Will Be Made In Concrete Interlocking Paving Thickness. 60 Mm Into The Underlying Layers Of Crushed Aggregate Fr. 4-8 Thick 30 Mm And Ø 0-63 Tl. 150 Mm. The Subsoil Will Be Compacted To Min. 30 Mpa. It Is Assumed That The Dismantled Existing Interlocking Paving Of Approx. 54 M2 Will Be Used For Re-Laying. The Client Also Accepts Such A Design Of The Tribune Structure, Which Will Show Acceptable Partial Differences From The Point Of View Of Its Spatial (Or Shape, Size Or Color) Expression, But At The Same Time It Must Meet The Basic Parametric Requirements Of The Client, Especially For Capacity, Safety And Other Basic Aspects Of The Work, Expressed In The Project Documentation, Or The Attached Measurement Statement. The Order Also Includes Transport, Container, Cleaning, Commissioning Of All Equipment And Others According To Itemized Budgets.
