The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Electrical Reconstruction In The Common Areas. It Is Designed To Ensure All New Requirements And At The Same Time To Harmonize The Condition Of The Building With Valid Standards For Electrical Installation And Fire Regulations In Residential Buildings. Based On The Pbř, It Was Proposed To Install New Electricity Meter Switchboards Located In The Čchúc With The Required Fire Protection Design, And It Was Proposed To Cover All Cable Lines In The Nchúc According To The Valid Pbř. In Order To Bring The Electrical Wiring In Line With The Valid Čsn, It Was Proposed To Replace All The Wiring In The Common Areas. The Final Solution Is The Replacement Of All Distribution Systems, Where The Tn-C System Is Still Used And Which Is Covered By The Use Of Current Protection Devices, Which Increases The User Safety Of Distribution Systems When Using Electricity. The Main Connecting Distribution Board Will Be Made. Pbř Assesses The Escape Route As Partially Protected. The Home Phone System Will Be Supplemented By The Preparation Of A Camera At The Entrance And The Installation Of Audio Phones In The Apartments. All Apartments Have A Designed Three-Phase Connection And Thus Allow Unlimited Use Of Any Stove In The Kitchen And Heating Of The Apartment. Housing Units Are Not The Subject Of This Documentation.
