Descriptionoslo Municipality At The Renovation And Recycling Agency (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority Or Reg) Invites An Open Tender In Connection With The Purchase Of A Framework Agreement For The Reception And Treatment Of Mixed Industrial Waste, Including Container Rental. There Is A Need To Acquire A Framework Agreement For The Reception And Treatment Of Mixed Food Waste For Sorting From The Oslo Schools. The Contract Must Also Include The Receipt Of Residual Fleas. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Will Cover The Need For Container Hire For Need-Based Waste Management At The Oslo Schools. Reg Itself Will Be Responsible For The Transport Of The Waste And Containers. Since This Is A Two-Fold Need - Rental Of Containers For Sorting Waste, And Reception And Treatment Of Mixed Food Waste, With The Latter Constituting The Greatest Need - It Has Been Decided To Divide The Procurement Into Two Sub-Tasks - Sub-Task 1: Reception And Treatment Of Mixed Food Waste - Sub-Task 2: Container Hire The Suppliers Have The Opportunity To Make Offers For One Or Both Sub-Tasks. The Acquisition Will Contribute To Promoting The Agencys Stated Objectives Of Waste Reduction, Reuse And Material Recycling, In Line With The Waste Hierarchy. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Reg A Delivery Point For And Treatment Of Mixed Food Waste From The Oslo Schools, As Well As Cover The Need For Renting Containers For Waste Collection.
