The Maintenance Of The Telephony Installation Includes All Services And Supplies (Personnel, Transport, Services, Materials, Etc.) That Are Necessary To Keep The Entire Communications Infrastructure Operational. This Is A Maintenance Contract That Covers The First Three Years Of Use Of The Installation. The 3-Year Period Starts The Day After Final Delivery. This Part Is Optional. The Fps Justice Reserves The Right To Order This Maintenance Or Not, Without Any Compensation Being Owed To The Contractor.
