Bids Are Invited For Maintenance Management At Coastal Fire Centre

Bc Wildfire Service (Bcws) Within The Ministry Of Forests Invites Responses For The Services At The Coastal Fire Centre, As Further Described In Section 3.3 Of This Rfp And Schedule A Of Appendix A. The Services Will Be Provided By The Contractor On An As, If And When Requested Basis With No Guarantees As To Timing, Number Or Value Of Service Requests That May Be Requested From The Contractor Over The Contract Term. The Province Intends To Enter Into A Single Standing Arrangement With The Highest Scoring Respondent Who Meets All Mandatory And Minimum Requirements.A Standing Arrangement Established Pursuant To This Rsa Does Not Confer An Exclusive Right To Provide The Services To The Province. The Province Reserves The Right To Procure The Services By Any Other Means, Including Use Of Other Agreements, Or By Other Procurement Or Contracting Methods.The Province Intends To Enter Into Standing Arrangements With The Top Highest Scoring Respondent Who Meets All Mandatory Criteria, Qualification Criteria And Minimum Scores, If Any. The Anticipated Term Of The Standing Arrangement Is Commencing On The Date This Agreement Is Fully Executed By Both Parties And Ending On March 31, 2027. The Standing Arrangement Will Contain An Option To Extend Whereby The Ministry Reserves The Right, At Its Sole Option, To Extend The Standing Arrangement For Up To Three (3) Additional 12-Month Terms On The Same Terms And Conditions Of The Standing Arrangement.Further Details As To The Scope Of This Opportunity And The Requirements Can Be Found In Sections 3, 4, 5 And Appendix B Of This Rsa.
