The Social Insurance Board Organizes Further Training For Child Protection Workers. With The Additional Training We Are Getting, We Want To Give Child Protection Workers Knowledge About Establishing Contact With Children With Different Special Needs, Assessing The Need For Help And Communicating With Them. Also About Establishing Contact With Parents With Special Needs, The Impact Of Their Special Needs On Parenting, Support Needs And Communication With Them. In Addition, We Obtain Additional Training, With Which We Want To Give Child Protection Workers Knowledge About Self-Care And Supporting Their Mental Health, Well Connected To Practice. The Procurement Includes Both In-Service Training: A) Comprehensive Development Of In-Service Training (Curriculum And Training Program, Including In-Service Training Content, Teaching Methodology, Study Evaluation Criteria And Study Materials); B) Conducting Additional Trainings Corresponding To The Basic Procurement Documents.
