The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement On The Preventive Maintenance And Repair Of Air Conditioning Systems In The Offices Of The Financial Administration Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia For A Period Of 24 Months. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Begins With The Award Of The Rzf Nrw Tender 2026/04. The Contract Has A Term Of 24 Months. It Is Automatically Extended By 12 Months If The Contract Is Not Terminated 6 Months Before The End Of The Term. The Termination Of The Contract Must Be In Writing. The Maximum Term Of The Contract Is 4 Years And Does Not Require Any Further Termination.
