Project: Tender21623 - Supply And Delivery Of Bulk Fuels . This Request For Bids Opportunity Is For Prospective Bidders To Be A Part Of The Vendor Of Record (Vor) Arrangement For The Supply And Delivery Of Bulk Fuels For The Province Of Ontario. The Fuels Delivered Under The Vor Arrangement Are Mainly For Heating, Transportation And Equipment Uses. The Agreement Covers The Following Fuels: • Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel • Fuel Oil (Type 2-Furnace) • Regular Unleaded Gasoline • Premium Unleaded Gasoline Scope Of Work This Vor Arrangement Will Be Available To All Ministries Covered By The Ontario Public Service (Ops) Procurement Directive, Regardless Of Value And, On An Optional Basis, To Non-Ops Entities In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Form Of Agreement. The Province Has Been Divided Into 21 Geographic Zones And Bidders May Bid On One Or More Zones. Each Zone Contains Multiple Delivery Locations. The Selected Bidders(S) Will Be Required To Enter Into An Agreement With Supply Ontario For The Provision Of The Deliverables Of This Rfb. Optional Information Session: June 18, 2026, 11:00 A.M.
