Administrative Office Building Assessment And Expansion Feasibility Study . The Municipality Of The County Of Annapolis (Hereinafter Referred To As “The Municipality”) Invites Qualified Proponents To Assess Various Options Available For Increasing Its Current Administrative Office Space Located At 752 St George Street, Annapolis Royal, As Well As Assessing The Condition Of The Approximately 18,500 Square Foot Existing Building. Over The Last 10 Years, Renovations Have Taken Place In The Administrative Offices To Maximize Its Available Footprint. This Includes A Recent Renovation Of The Lower Floor In 2022 Which Created Multiple New Offices. However, There Will Still Be Additional Renovations To Accommodate Future Staff Or Services In The Building As It Currently Exists. Optional Site Visit:June 18, 2 Pm Local Time
