The Successful Proponent Will Provide, At Minimum: Issuance And Administration Of Both Card Types; Transaction Processing And Settlement; An Online Program Management And Reporting Platform; Integration With The Colleges Existing Financial And Expense Management Systems; Configurable Spending And Approval Controls; Ongoing Account Management And Support; And A Volume-Based Rebate Structure Proposed By The Proponent.
