Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Furniture And Chairs For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And Its Structural Units, Under Two Separate Positions

The Subject Of The Order Covers The Supply (Including Assembly And/Or Installation - In Applicable Cases) Of Various Types Of Furniture And Chairs (Goods/Articles), In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Samples Of The Technical And Price Proposal For Each Individual Item - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Furniture And Chairs, Including Technical Characteristics And Estimated Quantities For Each Item, As Well As The Requirements For The Fulfillment Of The Order For Each Specific Item, Are Presented In The Technical Specifications For Op 1 And Op 2. Delivery Will Be Carried Out After Preliminary Written Requests Submitted By The Contracting Authority And Its Structural Units To The Contractor. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specifications Of The Employer For The Position, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor For Op 1 And Op 2. ​​​​​​​
