Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy - Low Voltage At Freely Agreed Prices And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For Krichim Municipality Sites

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy At Low Voltage And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator, For Objects Of The Municipality Of Krichim, Located On Its Territory, According To The Provisions Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee). The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Low-Voltage Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes: Preparation Of Documents And Registration For The Initial Change Of Supplier; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Employer; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Employer, With Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Contractors Expense, And Participation In The Company Balancing Group. In The Capacity Of Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including Administration Of The Clients Hourly Consumption Schedules. The Quantities Of Electricity Consumed For The Objects Of The Municipality Of Krichim, Located On Its Territory At The Low Voltage Level For The Previous 24 Months, Distributed By Month, Are According To Appendix No. 1B To The Technical Specification. Estimated Quantities Of Electrical Energy For 24 Months: 1,200,000 Kwh. Estimated Amounts Of Electrical Energy Do Not Commit The Contractor To Use Them, Nor Do They Limit Their Consumption Only Within Their Limits. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects /Dropping Or Adding An Object/, Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
