The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision Of A Site: Major Repair Of A Section Of Georgi Sava Rakovski Street From Street 238 To Street 190, Elhovo. The Activities That Will Be Performed According To The Order Are: I. Design - Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project In Parts According To The Technical Specification, Attached As An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement; Ii. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Of The Object In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project; Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Object, To Monitor The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project In The Individual Parts. Deadline For The Execution Of The Activities Under The Contract: Includes The Deadlines For The Design And Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Which Are At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days And Begins To Run From The Receipt Of The Contract Letter For Starting The Design Of The Site, Until The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Relevant Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3/31/07/2003) Without Remarks. The Time Required For The Implementation Of The Activities Does Not Include The Time Required For Consideration, Correction And Approval By The Contracting Authority Of The Technical Project Presented By The Contractor, As Well As The Time Required For Coordination And Approval Of The Project By The Competent Authorities, Until The Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit And Opening Of The Construction Site. The Term For The Preparation And Delivery Of The Technical Investment Project In All Parts Cannot Exceed 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days, And The Same Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter For The Start Of The Activity, Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, And Ends With The Signing Of A Finding Protocol By Which The Contracting Authority Accepts The Prepared Project For The Object. The Term For The Implementation Of All Types Of Smr, As Well As The Term For The Authors Supervision, Cannot Exceed 50 (Fifty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Construction Level (Appendices No. 2 And To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance 3/31. 07. 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction) And Ends With The Drafting Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance 3/31. 07. 2003) Without Comments.
