The Consultant - Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project, With A Complex Report On Compliance With The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Items 1-7 Of The Zut, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of Zut, As Well As Exercise Construction Supervision According To Art. 166, Para. 1 And Art. 168 Of The Zut. The Contractor Should Prepare A Technical Passport Of The Construction, Complying With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 For Technical Passports Of The Construction. In His Capacity Of Investor Control, The Contractor Should Represent The Interests Of The Client Before The Builder Of The Site, Not Allowing Substandard Execution Of The Construction Activities. The Consultant Provides The Services, The Subject Of The Order, While Observing The Compliance Of The Ongoing Construction With The Normative Acts, Building Rules And Regulations, The Technical, Technological, Sanitary-Hygienic, Environmental And Fire Protection Requirements, As Well As The Approved Investment Project. The Construction Falls Into The First Group Buildings From High-Rise Construction, Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, B. B Of The Zut And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.
