The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is That It Shall Cover Vegårshei Municipalitys Needs For Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of The Municipalitys Property Within Plumbing Work. The Work Will Include A Number Of Assignments Of Varying Size And Scope, Including Major Rehabilitations, Replacement Of Old Equipment And Installations, Repair And Maintenance Assignments On Existing Equipment And Installations, As Well As Work On New Buildings. Other Services That Naturally Fall Under The Professional Area Of Plumbing, Will Be Added If There Is A Need For It During The Contract Period. In Connection With The Works, Materials Needed For The Various Operations Will Be Included. Even If The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Client Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Purchase Material From The Service Provider.
