Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ordering Partys Premises And Facilities Where The Ordering Partys Statutory Activities Are Carried Out. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Into Account All Comments And Restrictions Of The Ordering Party In This Respect.5.
