The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Provision Of Technical Expertise On The Possibility Of Adapting Public Buildings Into Places Of Emergency Shelter In The City Of Grajewo, The List Of Which Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Purpose Of The Expert Opinions On Places Of Emergency Shelter Is To Assess The Condition And Suitability Of Facilities That Can Be Used As Shelter In Emergency Situations. Checking The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Structure, Condition Of The Installation, Protection Against External Factors, 2) Adaptation To The Needs, I.E. Determining Whether The Facility Meets The Requirements Regarding The Number Of People It Can Accommodate, Access To Water, Toilets, Ventilation, 3) Adaptation Procedures, I.E. Determining The Scope Of Work Needed To Adapt The Facility To The Role Of Mds, E.G. Strengthening The Structure, Installing Additional Devices, 4) Adaptation Costs, I.E. Estimating The Financial Outlays Needed To Adapt The Facility. By Formulating Technical Expertise The Ordering Party Understands A Study Covering The Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Entire Facility Or Its Parts, Issued On The Basis Of Specialized Tests, Measurements And Calculations, In Order To Determine Suitability For Use And The Necessary Rules For Maintaining The Facility. The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The
