The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Sports Hall At The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Stary Brest Part Plot No. 83/19 And 83/10, District 0026 Stary Brześć Plots, Brześć Kujawski Commune, Włocławek Poviat, Voivodeship Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Complete Building (Including Basic, Brand-New Equipment) Along With Internal Installations And Connections, As Well As Obtaining A Permit To Use The Building. The Investment Task Will Be Implemented In An Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments. Therefore, The Contractor Assumes The Obligations Arising From The Decisions Of The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Toruń, Branch Office In Włocławek. In Particular, The Contractor Will Conduct Archaeological Research During Construction Works, Cut Down Trees And Plant Replacements In Accordance With The Decisions And In Consultation With The Above-Mentioned Office. The Building Will Serve As A Sports Hall, I.E. A Sports Hall In Stary Brest. The Building Was Classified In The 15Th Category Of Buildings As Sports And Recreation Buildings, Such As: Sports And Entertainment Halls, Indoor Swimming Pools. The Sports Hall Will Be A Place Visited Primarily By Children And Teenagers. The Investment Will Enable The Organization And Co-Organization Of Nationwide Competitions And Will Increase The Possibilities Of Cooperation With Sports Clubs In Order To Promote Sports Among Young People. The Building Will Also Be Used For Non-Sports Purposes, E.G. Organizing Classes, Training, Assemblies And Other School Activities, Including Inter-School Ones. On The Ground Floor There Are Rooms Located: Reception + Hall, Cloakroom, Room. First Aid, Toilets, Help Trainer/Assistant Social Rooms, Mens And Womens Locker Rooms With Toilets, Communication, Including Two Staircases And Elevators, Technical Rooms, I.E. Electricity, Boiler Room, Water Connection, Warehouses For Sports Equipment, Sports Hall Dimensions 44X25 M, Aerobics/Strengthening Room. On The First Floor, The Following Facilities Were Designed: Communication, Toilet For Employees, Room. Cleaning Rooms, Toilets For The Audience, A Ventilation Room, A Squash Hall, A Conference And Teaching Room For Up To 40 People. The Construction Plan Includes: • Construction Of A New Sports Hall, • Construction Of Connections In Accordance With The Land Development Design, • Construction Of Internal Networks, • Construction Of A Garbage Shelter. The Building Was Designed On A Rectangular Plan, Perpendicular To The Existing School Building And The Boarding School Building. The Sports Hall Room Was Designed On The Northern And Eastern Sides.
