1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Basement Rooms In The Existing Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Bestwinka, Located At Ul. Dworkowa 3, On Plots No. 678/25 And 678/17. The Scope Of The Order Includes Adapting The Existing Underground Floor To Serve As Emergency Shelter (Mds) For The Public, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law And Current Guidelines In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Investment Includes In Particular: Changing The Use Of Some Basement Rooms From Auxiliary And Technical Functions To The Function Of Emergency Shelter, Reconstruction Of The Layout Functional And Spatial Design Of The Rooms, Without Interfering With The Supporting Structure Of The Building, Separating Rooms For Collective Stay Of People, Sanitary Rooms, Internal Communication And Auxiliary And Technical Rooms, Adapting The Rooms To The Planned Number Of Users, Including Ensuring The Required Number Of Seats And Sleeping Places, Separating Sanitary Rooms To The Applicable Requirements, Including Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Improving The Safety, Hygiene And Use Of The Rooms In Accordance With Their New Function, Constructing An Emergency Exit From The Protection Zone In The Form Of An Underground Tunnel With A Staircase (Area 13.00 M2), Located In The Southern Part Of The Basement Floor.
