3.1. Part I - Delivery Of School Furniture The Delivered Furniture Should Be Brand New, Unused, Assembled, Free From Defects And Made Using Safe Technologies, Meeting The Quality Standards Specified In Applicable Legal Acts And Approved For Use In Educational Institutions. The Furniture Must Have A Certificate Or Other Document Allowing The Furniture To Be Used In Schools And Have A Hygiene Certificate Confirming The Hygiene E1 Class Confirming The Approval Of The Furniture For Use In Educational Institutions Or Another Equivalent Document. These Documents Are Presented By The Contractor Before Concluding The Contract.
