The Subject Of The Order Is: Part I - Interior Design, Together With Accompanying Works, Of An Existing Classroom Aimed At Creating A Space For A Steam Workshop In The Building Of Primary School No. 1, I.E.: Renovation Of The Designated Space - Room No. 18 With A Separate Back Room Located On The Second Floor Of The Primary School Building No. Construction. The Scope Of The Study Does Not Include Any Interference With The Existing Development Of The Area Around The Building In Question And Its Scope Falls Within The Definition Of Renovation, Being Limited To A Single Room In The School In Question. The Study In Question Does Not Introduce Any Restrictions For People With Disabilities. When Implementing The Order, The Principles Of Architectural Accessibility And Universal Design Should Be Taken Into Account, Adequate To The Scope Of Work Being Carried Out. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Limits The Negative Impact On The Environment, In Particular Through Proper Waste Management And Limiting Noise And Dust Emissions. The Task Will Be Implemented In Connection With The Project Active City. Together For The Development Of Starachowice, Financed Under The Polish-Swiss Development Program Cities, Co-Financed From The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States And From The State Budget. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Pzp, All References In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 104 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. This Should Be Read In Such A Way That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. It Is Not Required, But It Is Provided That The Contractor May Carry Out An On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Order Includes Works In The School Building, The Contractor May Make A Site Visit After Prior Arrangement. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Performance Of General Construction And Installation Works In The Field Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations.
