The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Forests - Zdroje Forest District And The Budget Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship (Financing Protection, Reclamation And Improvement Of The Quality Of Agricultural Land).1.1. The Scope Of Works Includes: The Scope Of Works Includes Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Execution Of Linear Drainages, Construction Of The Substructure And Road Surface From A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, Finishing Works - Supplementing The Roadsides With Milling Reclaim Or Gravel Along With Compaction, Cleaning And Profiling Of Ditches - On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 789 M. 1.2 The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For Construction Works At 36 Months. If The Contractor Submits An Offer With A Warranty Period For Construction Works Shorter Than The Minimum, The Offer Will Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Sets The Maximum Warranty Period For Construction Works At 60 Months. If The Warranty Period For Construction Works Is Declared In The Offer Form To Be Longer Than 60 Months, The Ordering Party Will Assume A Period Of 60 Months To Calculate The Score In The Warranty Period Criterion. 1.3 Detailed Parameters As Well As The Necessary Documentation Needed To Complete The Order Are Included In The Construction Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.1.4 Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
