The Scope Of The Design And Implementation Stages Of Works Includes, Among Others: Activities: 1) Carrying Out A Site Visit In Order To Recognize The Subject Of The Order. 2) Obtaining Geodetic Materials For The Design Purposes. 3) Preparing A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes - Depending On The Needs. 4) Preparing The Design Documentation Required For Reporting Construction Works (Appropriate Sketches, Drawings And Description). 5) Preparing An Executive Design With All Accompanying Studies (Road Part + Industries, Including Sanitary). 6) Preparing A Report. Water Law Together With Obtaining Appropriate Water Law Permits - Depending On Needs.7) Preparation Of Materials For Obtaining Consent To Cut Down Trees Along With A Decision - Depending On Needs.8) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation Of The Ground Subsoil.9) Preparation Of Design Documentation For Installations And Accompanying Devices (External) - Depending On Needs.10) Conducting A Road Safety Audit For The Construction Design Stage.11) Preparation Of An Application For Construction Consent.12) Submission Of Prepared Designs Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction/Works.13) Submission Of The Prepared Design For Permanent Traffic Organization.14) Preparation Of The Specification For Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design And Detailed Design.15) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities For Works.16) Quality Assurance Programs.17) Cooperation With Administrative Bodies In Order To Obtain Appropriate Decisions, And In Particular Participation In Public Consultations, Providing Explanations At The Request Of The Authority, Submitting Applications And Documents Immediately In Relation To The Applicable Deadlines.18) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of Real Estate Intended For Temporary Occupation, Before And After The Implementation Of The Task.19) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documentation For The Acquisition Of Rights To Use Real Estate Located Outside The Road, And Necessary To Implement This Investment - If Necessary.20) Presentation To The Ordering Party Of Preliminary Design Solutions, Taking Into Account The Materials Used, For Approval.21) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits Required For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Including: Arrangements With The Managers Of Minor Roads And A Water Permit (If Necessar
