Description Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Windows In The Indicated Rooms In The Building Of The Poznań City Hall (Hereinafter Referred To As Ump) At The Corner Of Ul. 3 Maja 46 And Pl. Wolności 14 In Poznań.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With: A) Design Documentation (Design For The Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Description Containing Guidelines For The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Partial Replacement Of Windows In The Building Of The Poznań City Hall At The Corner Of Ul. 3 Maja 46 And Pl. Wolności 14) - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Agreement, B) Construction Permit (Decision No. 1366/2016 Of July 14, 2016 And Decision No. 1207 Amending The Building Permit Of June 18, 2018) - Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Agreement, C) Permit No. 321/2018 Of April 5, 2018 To Carry Out Restoration Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Together With With Decision No. 391/2023 Of December 15, 2023 - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement, D) Technology And Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 4 To The Agreement, E) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To Swzf) Proposed Work Schedule, G) Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7 1994 Construction Law, Technical And Construction Standards, Polish Standards In Force In This Area, Directly Applicable Directives And Standards Of The European Union And Construction Art, H) The Greatest Care, Ensuring The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed, I) The Agreement With All Annexes - Annex No. Removing Furniture From The Room; C) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Functioning Of The Building And Is As Least Burdensome As Possible For People Working And Staying In The Building. The Contractor May Carry Out Works Throughout The Week, However, All Noisy Or Burdensome Works Should Be Performed After Ump Working Hours, I.E. On Mondays After 5:00 P.M., And On Other Working Days After 15:30. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Works In A Way That Does Not Expose Building Users To Dangers And Nuisance Resulting From The Works And Does Not Impede The Ongoing Activities Of Ump; D) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection. And Other Restrictions Resulting From The Rules Applicable In Ump Buildings With The Simultaneous Application Of Special Precautions;E) Preparation Of Full Photographic Documentation.4) The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Materials Delivered For A Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months.5) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz
