1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Sanitary Facilities In The Adam Mickiewicz Institute Building Complex At Ul. Mokotowska 25 In Warsaw Located On Plot No. 73 Within 5 05 07.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design (Including The Technical Design) And The Executive Design, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), The Construction Permit, The Decision Of The Relevant Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing The Performance Of Construction Works, Any Other Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements That Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz, The Agreement, The Conditions Arising From From Technical Regulations And Construction Law And In Accordance With The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge And Established Customs. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That All Products, Materials, Devices And Equipment Are New And Have Evidence Of Approval For General Use In The Construction Of Public Utility Facilities Required By Polish Law.4. The Ordering Party Provides The Contractors With The Bill Of Quantities, Provided That It Constitutes Material To Assist In The Correct Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Annex A To The Swz. Any Deficiencies In The Lists Of Work Items And Materials And Equipment In The Bill Of Quantities Do Not Constitute A Basis For Demanding Additional Remuneration And It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Undertaken To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Included In Annex A To The Swz At A Lump-Sum Offer Price. The Provided Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material For The Contractor, Who, For A Reliable Valuation, Should Perform The Valuation On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, In Particular On The Basis Of The Detailed Design Included In Annex A To The Swz. Note! The Valuation Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Should Exclude The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Gal02 Brushes Constituting Bathroom Equipment.
