Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization And Management Of Training For Poltransplant Transplant Coordinators In 2026

Poltransplant Organizational And Coordination Center For Transplantation, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party (Www.Poltransplant.Org.Pl), Is A Budgetary Unit Subordinate To The Minister Of Health Responsible For The Organization Of The Transplantation Space In Poland, Including Training Of Persons Responsible For The Collection And Transplantation Of Cells, Tissues And Organs. The Training Will Be Carried Out From Funds At The Disposal Of The Minister Of Health As Part Of The Multi-Annual Program For 2023-2032 Called The National Transplantation Program. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects To Provide A Service Consisting Of: 1) Organizing And Conducting In 2026 A Specialized On-Site Training For Coordinators Of The Collection And Transplantation Of Cells, Tissues And Organs, Along With Providing Hotel, Conference And Catering Services, 2) Organizing A Gala On The Occasion Of The 30Th Anniversary Of The Establishment Of The Poltransplant Organizational And Coordination Center For Transplantation. The Training Date Is Scheduled For September 24-25, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out The Training On October 1-2, 2026. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Provision Of All Services Covered By The Order In An Analogous Manner On Both Dates.
