1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Water Rescue Service And The Provision Of Pre-Medical First Aid Services At The Aqua Centrum Kolbudy Facility, Which Includes: 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy With A Guarantee Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00 And Keep It Valid Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform A Risk Analysis For The Entire Facility, In Accordance With Art. 4 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714), No Later Than September 30, 2026
