The Subject Of The Order Is The Rinsing Of Tanks In Oil Boiler Rooms. 1) Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification For The Performance And Acceptance Of The Service; 2) Annex No. 2 - Draft Contract. 2. During The Period Of Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Demands That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Based On An Employment Relationship, Employs Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, - All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Including: Opening Of Spigots, Manholes, Connections, Etc., Ventilation Of Tanks And Rooms Throughout The Duration Of The Works, Where Required, Air Measurements With A Multi-Gas Meter, Commissioned Pumping Of Clean Fuel Oil Into A Replacement Tank Provided By The Service Provider, Cleaning The Tank(S), Washing The Inside Of The Tank With Appropriate Chemicals Under Pressure Using Appropriate Equipment, E.G. A Pump (Atex), Pumping Out Contaminants Into Waste Barrels Marked In Accordance With Environmental Protection Regulations (Supplied By The Contractor), Wiping The Tanks From The Inside, Washing The Outside Of Plastic Tanks With Appropriate Chemicals, Commission Acceptance Of The Cleaned Tanks And Reinstalling Them Pouring Fuel Oil, Connecting Fittings And Accessories, Cleaning The Work Area, Waste Disposal And Delivering The Waste Transfer Penalty By The Contractor To The Ordering Party.
