Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Tractor With A Grab And A Mobile Roller Compactor As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Gomunice Commune

Part I Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Grapple. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Swz. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Adopted Solutions. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Labels In The Swz Or Annexes Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Deliveries Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Economic Operator, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Shall, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accept Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Economic Operator Proves That The Deliveries To Be Made By It Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Use In The Swz Or Annexes Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or Reports On Tests Carried Out By This Body As A Means Of Evidence. Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Terms Of Contract Execution Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Units. The Contracting Authority Also Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, If A Given Economic Operator Has Neither Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Nor The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In A Timely Manner, Provided That This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Economic Operator, And Provided That The Economic Operator Proves That The Supplies It Performs Meet The Requirements Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Or The Conditions Of Contract Performance.
