The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Road Infrastructure By Designing The Reconstruction And Construction Of The Road In Such A Way That Every Road User Can Use It Safely And Comfortably. The Road Infrastructure Includes: Roads, Pedestrian Paths, Parking Spaces, Exits And Access To Properties, Greenery, Small Architecture (Dog Packs) And Solutions For Managing Rainwater And Meltwater, As Well As Lighting.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Basic Scope - Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Work To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Documentation And Taking Into Account The Employers Design Guidelines Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Planned Order, Including: 1) Developing A Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, 2) Developing A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, 4) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 5) Obtaining A Decision Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Granting Permission To Carry Out Construction Works In The Surroundings Of An Urban And Landscape Complex Entered In The Register Of Monuments, 6) Obtaining A Water Permit - If Necessary, 7) Developing Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Design: - Plot Or Area Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Design Technical, - Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Pursuant To Regulations (E.G. Derogations, Cadastral Map, Excerpts From The Land Register), B) Detailed Design, C) Bill Of Quantities, 8) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 9) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate, 10) Preparation Of A Greenery Design Including Planting Greenery And Care Recommendations For The Existing And Planned Greenery, 11) Preparation Of Documentation Geological And Engineering Or Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures, 12) Development Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements, 13) Development Of A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Its Approval By The Appropriate Traffic Management Authority, 14) Performance Of Video Monitoring (And, If Necessary, Cleaning) Of The Existing Storm Sewage System. The Scope Covered By The Option Law - Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works - Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law For A Period Of Up To 16 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Completed Design Documentation.3.
