1) Place Of Execution Of The Order - Rytwiany Commune.2) Name Given To The Order: Transportation Of Students To Educational Institutions In The Rytwiany Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 Based On Personal Monthly Tickets.3) The Subject Of The Order Is Transport From The Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions In The Rytwiany Commune And Transport After Classes To The Place Of Residence, To Marked Stops Located On The Transport Route, 218 Students On Based On Purchased Monthly Tickets, As Part Of Part No. 1, I.E. Part 1: Transport Of 218 Students Of The School And Kindergarten Complex. The Actual Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased Will Correspond To The Actual Number Of Students Using Transport In A Given Calendar Month. The Number Of Students Using Transport Will Be Determined For Individual Calendar Months By The 25Th Day Of The Calendar Month Preceding The Month In Which Transport Will Be Provided. In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Transported Students, The Contractor Must Ensure Their Transport And Return On The Terms Specified In The Offer.9) Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Transported Students, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Additional Fees For This Purpose.10) Transport/Drop-Off Of Students To Educational Institutions Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year (188 School Days) On School Days, With The Exception Of Public Holidays And Holidays And Public Holidays, According To The Timetable Established By The Contractor In Consultation With The Directors Of Individual Educational Institutions.
