Organization Of A 14-Day Therapeutic And Rehabilitation Stay For Approximately 50 Seniors (Women And Men Over 55 Years Of Age) In September-October 2026. Participants Of The Stay Will Have A Certificate Of The Degree Of Disability Or Information About Having Suffered From Covid-19 Or A Chronic Disease. The Participation Of People With The Following Symbols Of The Cause Of Disability Is Expected: (01-U), (02-P), (03-L), (04-O), (05-R), (06-E), (07-S), (09-M), (10-N), (11-I). The Center Should Be Located By The Polish Seaside And Meet The Conditions Specified In The Regulations Regarding Rehabilitation Stays. You Should Plan A Minimum Of: 20 Individual Rehabilitation Treatments. A Medical Consultation Should Be Provided Before Referral For Treatment. The Center Should Offer A Minimum Of 10 Different Treatments. The Maximum Distance Of The Proposed Accommodation And Recreation Facility From The Sea - Measured By The Shortest Publicly Accessible Pedestrian Route From The Border Of The Plot On Which The Facility Is Located To The Entrance To The Beach - Cannot Exceed 500 M. The Ordering Party Requires That The Buildings Proposed For The Execution Of The Order, Which Have More Than 4 Floors, Be Equipped With A Passenger Elevator. The Facility Should Have Its Own Kitchen And Canteen, Swimming Pool, Sauna And Jacuzzi. The Stay Begins With Lunch On The First Day And Ends With Breakfast On The Last Day Of The Stay. Each Participant Will Receive An Additional Packed Lunch For The Return Journey. Accommodation: In Rooms For 2 People. Equipped With Full Hygiene And Sanitary Facilities With Cold And Hot Running Water 24 Hours A Day. An Additional Double Room Should Be Secured (Excluding The Need To Accommodate People Of Different Genders In The Room). The Room Equipment Requires: Single Beds With Minimum Dimensions Of 80X180 Cm, A Bedside Table Or Shelf For Each Sleeping Place, A Wardrobe Or A Built-In Space For Clothes, At Least 3 Hangers Per Person, A Table Or Desk With At Least 1 Chair And A Mirror. Bunk, Foldable And Camp Beds Are Not Permitted. All Elements Of The Required Equipment Should Be Functional And Perform Their Intended Functions Throughout The Duration Of The Stay. The Rooms Must Be Equipped With: Tv, Electric Kettle, Hair Dryer, And A Set Of Bath Towels.
