A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Forecasted Amounts Of Liquid Waste: 8,832.00 M3 - Amount Of Waste From Drainless Tanks And Free-Standing Toilets. The Forecasted Amounts Of Liquid Waste Are Indicative Only, Used For Comparison Of Offers And In No Case Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Export The Given Amount Of Liquid Waste. If The Scope Of The Contract Is Limited By The Ordering Party, The Minimum Value Of The Parties Performance Is Set At 50% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Paragraph 5 Section 3 Contracts.
