Tenders Are Invited For Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Rutki Commune - Part 7: Delivery Of A Power Generator With Installation

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Power Generator In A Housing, Including Installation At The Building Of The Rutki Commune Office At Ul. November 11 7.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3) General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: Devices That Are Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Assembled And Ready For Use, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Devices In Accordance With The Parameters Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - With Full Documentation In Polish, Including In Particular Technical/Service Documentation, Operating Instructions And Other, If Required By Law, In Order To Provide The Devices Proper Operation And Maintenance..4) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery And Assembly Of The Device, Including The Delivery Of All Components Needed To Install And Connect The Generator To The Building And The Existing Buildings Electrical Installation.5) The Contractor Will Configure The Existing Szr Switching System In The Building Of The Szr Commune Office, In Such A Way That The Loss Of Mains Power Will Automatically Start The Generator And Switch The Szr System To The Power Supply From The Generator (The Order Does Not Include The Delivery And Installation Of The Szr Switching System).6) The Installation Of Cable Lines Between The Generator And The Ats System Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor; The Power Cables Must Be Adapted To The Load And Power Of The Generator. 7) The Ordering Party Accepts Equivalent Means Of Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 8) If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Referred To Above Or The Evidence Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Calls For Its Submission Or Completion Within The Prescribed Deadline, In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions. 10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.11) All Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law.
