The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Complete Active Thermography System Intended For Non-Destructive Testing Of Structures, Including A High-Sensitivity Camera, A Set Of Optics, A Thermal Excitation Source, Analytical Software And The Necessary Additional Equipment. The System Must Enable Research Using Active Thermography Methods, In Particular The Pulse, Transient, Lock In And Tsa Methods, As Well As The Registration, Analysis And Archiving Of Measurement Data. The Program Supporting The Entire System Should Be Fully Compatible With The Microsoft Windows Operating System. The Program License Should Enable Indefinite Operation Of The Program In Its Full Scope Of Functionality.
