1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Independent Public Health Care Center In Lubartów Will Conclude A Separate Agreement Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations For The Purchase Of Electric Energy Including Electricity Collection Points With Renewable Installations Needs Of An Independent Public Healthcare Facility In Lubartów. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier. To Perform The Above-Mentioned The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 To The Swz)2. Order - Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz:1) The Estimated Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 715,115 Kwh.
