The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of One Brand New Multi-Purpose Vehicle For The Evacuation Of People With Special Needs - An A2 Ambulance With A 4X4 Drive. The Ordering Party Attaches To This Procedure The Technical Specification - Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Submit A Correct Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Completely Complete The Attached Technical Specification By Completing All Required Fields And Cells In Accordance With The Instructions Contained Therein And Indicating The Parameters Of The Offered Subject Of The Order. Failure To Complete The Required Items May Result In The Offer Being Considered Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
