The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Along The District Road 1303K Zawierzbie - Kozłów - Szczucin In The Town Of Lubasz. The Design Study Covers Km 22 + 783.00 - 23 + 183.00 (400 M) Of District Road No. 1303K. The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented Along A Z-Class District Road. The Design Study Should Take Into Account The Following Elements: The Width Of The District Road Road Along The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Road Should Be Adjusted To The Parameters Of A Class Z District Road Based On The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws, Item 1518, As Amended) By Implementing An Appropriate Widening Of The Road, The Designed A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With An Asphalt Concrete Surface Should Be Run Directly Next To The Left Edge Of The District Road No. 1303K At Km 22+783.00 - 23+183.00 On The Right Side Of The District Road At Km 23+157.00 - 23+183.00, A Section Of The Pedestrian Road And A Bus Platform With A Surface Of Phase-Free Concrete Paving Stones Should Be Designed,  The Design Should Also Include An Appropriate Pedestrian Crossing Connecting The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With The Designed Bus Platform,  Construction Of The Necessary Drainage Devices For The Road Lane In Connection With The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road And A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles,  Appropriate Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Traffic Safety Devices In Necessary Places,  Include The Reconstruction Of All Exits Along The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Road And The Pedestrian Road,  Reconstruction Of The Land Infrastructure Network Colliding With The Designed Elements, Since The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1303K May Involve The Need To Geodetic Separate A Maximum Of Two Neighboring/Private Plots For Widening The Existing Road, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Declaration From The Owners Of These Plots On Transferring Part Of Them For The Purpose Of Widening The Road, Either For A Fee Or Free Of Charge. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform The Necessary Geodetic Divisions Of These Plots As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Task In Question. If It Is Necessary To Divide A Larger Number Of Plots, The Contractor Will Have The Right To Increase The Remuneration For The Division Of Each Subsequent Plot In The Amount Consistent With The Amount Indicated In The Offer Form. This Will Involve A Change In Remuneration In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Contract Template.
