The Order Covers Services Related To The Maintenance And Operation Of The Storm Sewage System In The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1) Cleaning Of Inspection And Absorption Wells As Well As Street Sewage Wells. 2) Cleaning Of Channels And Sewers Of The Storm Sewage System. 3) Cleaning Of Linear Drainage Areas Of The Aco-Drain Type Area. 4) Replacement Of Damaged Manholes And Sewage Grates As Well As Elements Of Linear Drainage Systems. – Aco-Drain.5) Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes And Sewage Grates.6) Implementation Of Urgent Matters Reported By The Ordering Party, Including: On: A) Replacing The Missing Grates On Inlets And Manholes On Wells; B) Pumping Out Water From Roads, Buildings, Green Areas And Other Areas That Have Been Flooded As A Result Of Malfunctioning Or Failure Of The Municipal Rainwater Sewage System; C) Unblocking Inlets, Wells And Channels By Cleaning Them, The Contamination Of Which Causes Flooding In A Given Area, I.E. Roads, Buildings, Green Areas And Other Areas; D) Securing The Site Of The Failure And Marking The Site Of Works In Progress Along With Possible Traffic Disruptions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure And Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 31, 2002 On Road Signs And Signals; E) Taking Action Within The Time Specified In The Offer, Counting From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party, Also On Public Holidays And At Night.7) Preparing Traffic Management Projects For The Duration Of The Works (If Necessary).8) Technical Inspections Of Existing And Newly Constructed Stormwater Drainage Networks;9) Providing Information Once Every 6 Months On The Number Of Stored Stormwater Drainage Elements And On Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Commissioned Works.10) Management Of Waste Generated During Cleaning Of The Elements Stormwater Sewage Network In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), As The Waste Resulting From Cleaning Is The Property Of The Contractor And Is Responsible For Its Proper Management.11) Storing In The Contractors Warehouse Rainwater Drainage Elements From Disassembly, E.G.
