1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Fresh Vegetables And Fruit To The Olympic Preparation Center In Władysławowo, Together With Transport Services2. The Delivered Products Must Be Of High Quality, Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Storage, Packaging And Transport Contained In Polish Standards Transposing European Standards And Have Valid Expiration Dates, And The Contractor Should Have Certificates And/Or Permits Confirming That, Through Appropriate Reference, Precisely Marked Products Being The Subject Of The Delivery Comply With The Indicated Standards. It Is Required To Submit An Appropriate Declaration With The Content Indicated In Point. 8 Of The Basic Offer Form (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances And The Quality Of The Products For A Given Delivery. 3.
