1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of Career Counseling Services Under The Project Femp.06.26-Ip.01-0298/24-01 Active Today - Better Tomorrow - Edition 2. The Service Is Implemented As Part Of Task No. 1, The Aim Of Which Is To Identify The Individual Needs And Potentials Of The Project Participants. 2. During The Implementation Of The Order In Question, It Is Planned That The Maximum Number Of Service Hours (Clock Hours) Is: 400, Including 300 Hours In 2026 And 100 Hours In 2027, And The Estimated Number Of Project Participants Covered By Support Will Be 100 People. It Is Assumed That Each Project Participant Will Benefit From 4 Hours Of Support According To The Following Scheme: - 1 To 2 Hours To Identify Needs And Potentials, - 2 Meetings Of 1 Hour Each. In Order To Verify The Implementation Of The Individual Development Path (Iśr). 3. Upon Joining The Project, Each Project Participant Will Start Meetings With A Diagnostic Psychologist Who Will Diagnose Key Problems And Barriers Using Psychological Tests And A Detailed Interview.4. The Aim Of The Career Advisors Activity Will Be To Develop, In Close Cooperation With The Participant, A Support Individual Development Path That Takes Into Account The Participants Predispositions, Expectations And Needs. The Career Advisor Will Remain In Constant Contact With The Participant, And The Iśr Will Be Subject To Constant Verification And Possible Modification. 5. The Service Provider Must Respond Flexibly To The Changing Needs Of Project Participants And Adapt Project Support To Their Individual Needs. During The Meetings, Tools Will Be Used To Examine The Level Of Changes Taking Place, And The Results Will Be Documented. The Meetings Will Also Be Motivating And Illustrating The Benefits Of Changing Your Social And Professional Situation. 6. When Selecting Forms Of Support (Vocational Activation), The Demand For Specific Qualifications And Skills On The Local Labor Market Will Also Be Taken Into Account. Each Time The Place Of Performance Of The Service Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Provides A Room/Office Equipped With Basic Office Equipment (Furniture) And An Electrical Connection In Order To Provide The Service.
