Jasna 3, Including: 1) Permanent Direct Security Provided On The Courts Working Days: A) At Ul. Boh. Warszawy 42: - 1 Security Employee - From 6:30 A.M. To 14:30 - 1 Security Employee - Monday From 9:00 A.M. To 17:00 - Tuesday - Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 15:00 - 1 Security Employee - From 11:00 To 15:00 19:00. B) At Ul. Jasna 3: - 1 Security Employee - From 6:30 A.M. To 14:30.2) Constant Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems - All Days Of The Week, 24 Hours A Day - From The Facilities At Ul. Boh. Warszawy 42, At Ul. Jasna 3 And Ul. Myśliwska 11C.3) Providing An Intervention Group On Urgent Call - Functioning In Such A Way That It Can Take Action On Facilities Covered By Electronic Protection And Provide Support To Security Employees Directly Executing The Order Within 10 Minutes (Group Consisting Of 2 Licensed Security Employees, Equipped With Firearms, Means Of Direct Coercion, Radio Communication Means), 4) Preparation Of Security Employees In The Scope Of The Information Security Policy Applied In The Court And The Rules Of Conduct With Data Carriers On The Premises Of The Court, After Hours Office,2. The Contractor Will Assign Employees To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order: 1) Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, 2) Trained In First Aid, 3) Who Have Not Been Convicted Of An Intentional Crime Or Fiscal Offense Or Against Whom Such Proceedings Are Pending, 4) Who Have A Valid Certificate From The National Criminal Register, 5) Who Have A Security Clearance Required For Access To Classified Information Classified At Least As Restricted. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use Protection Within The Scope Provided For In The Agreement, However, In Other Locations And At Other Hours (E.G. In Connection With The Transfer Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units). 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing Security Hours As Part Of The Package Of Hours Provided For In The Contract (E.G. Reducing The Number Of Hours In One Of The Facilities In Order To Increase The Number Of Hours In Another Facility). Such A Change Does Not Require A Change In The Content Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Unconditional Right To Accept Employees Performing The Service And The Right To Request A Change Of Employee Immediately - Without Justification.
