1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Fuel With Adblue For The Emergency Medical Services In Żywiec.2. Fuels Must Meet The Applicable Quality Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018).3. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Adjust The Quality Of Fuels To The New Standards.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuel Refueling Station Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.5. The Order Will Be Fulfilled In Quantities Covering The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Its Unilateral Instructions. Due To The Unpredictable Number Of Rescue Interventions, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Fuel May Change During The Duration Of The Contract, Which The Ordering Party Has No Influence On.6. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Based On The Quantities Of Fuel And Adblue Liquid Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For The Purchase Of Less Than The Forecast Amount Of Fuel. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be 50% Of The Size Of The Subject Of The Order.
