Bids Are Invited For Hiring Of Sedan-Type Vehicle Rental Services Including Driver For The Home Hospitalization Unit Of The Las Higueras Hospital In Talcahuano

The Objective Of These Administrative Bases Is To Contract The Rental Service Of Sedan-Type Vehicles, Including Driver, In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Home Hospitalization Unit Of The Las Higueras De Talcahuano Hospital. Due To The Above, A Minimum Of 16 Sedan Vehicles, Including Sufficient Drivers, Will Be Required To Cover The Services And Needs Of The Hospital, For A Period Of 12 Months. The Bidder That Participates In This Tender Must Bid On All The Tendered Lines, Because Its Bid Will Be Evaluated Globally. The Bidder Who, As A Whole, Offers The Most Convenient Alternative For The Interests Of The Hospital, Will Be Awarded. The Head Of General Services Will Be Responsible For Checking That The Vehicles Have What Is Formulated In Their Offer, Also Complying With The Requirements Established In The Technical Specifications Of The Administrative Bases. If These Requirements Are Not Met, The Contract Supervisor Is Empowered To Void The Award And It Will Be Re-Awarded To The Second Best Evaluated. It Is The Responsibility Of The Offeror To Have The Number Of Vehicles And Drivers Necessary To Perform The Services, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Due To The Above, The Head Of The General Services Unit Or Whoever Substitutes Or Replaces Him, Will Check The Respective Documentation Of The Vehicles And Drivers, Through A Check List.
