The National Accreditation Commission, Hereinafter The “Commission” Or “Cna”, Is An Autonomous Public Body, Created By Law No. 20,129, Of 2006, Whose Function Is To Evaluate, Accredit And Promote The Quality Of Universities, Professional Institutes And Autonomous Technical Training Centers And The Careers And Programs They Offer. In Turn, Article 11 Of The Aforementioned Law Establishes That The Commission Has An Executive Secretariat, Whose Function Is To Support The Development Of The Processes That The Law Entrusts To The Cna. The National Accreditation Commission Is In The Process Of Strengthening Its Management Control System, With Emphasis On Monitoring Institutional Performance, Compliance With Strategic And Operational Goals, And Continuous Improvement Of Processes. For This Reason, The Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan For The Year 2026 Of The Cna Approved By Exempt Resolution No. 030-3, Dated January 21, 2026 And Its Modifications, Contemplates The Hiring Of A Personal Service Of A Support Professional For Management Control Advice For The National Accreditation Commission. The Objective Of These Bases Is To Determine And Define The General Conditions That Must Be Applied For Contracting.
