Hiring A Specialized Company To Provision Digitization, Processing, Indexing And Electronic Document Management Services, Including Provision Of A Technical Team On Site Weekly, Provision Of Document Management Software In A Cloud Environment, Application Of Ocr Technology (Optical Character Recognition), Training Of Municipal Servers And Technical Support To Serve The Various Sectors Of Municipal Administration. The Contractor Shall: A) Provide A Technical Team For Weekly In-Person Service On The Premises Of The City Hall, In Accordance With The Schedule Defined By The Administration; C) Carry Out Processing Of Digitized Images, Including Correction, Organization, Indexing And Standardization Of Files; G) Ensure Simultaneous Access To Authorized Users, Allowing Consultation And Retrieval Of Documents In Real Time; H) Carry Out Initial Training And Continuing Training For Municipal Servers To Use The Document Management System And Procedures; Make Available, When Requested By The Municipal Administration Due To Increased Demand Or Specific Needs Of The Sectors, Up To 04 (Four) High-Speed Scanners For Large-Scale Scanning; L) Make Available, Together With The Equipment Mentioned In The Previous Item, Up To 04 (Four)
