A set of machines and tool is available to offer a quick and flexible service to all teams located on ESTEC site. The machines range from conventional manufacturing to Computer Numerical control (CNC), from Printed Circuit Board (PCB) milling and engraving machines to standard soldering stations. Type of application may differ significantly from one workpiece to the next, encompassing various types of materials,from plastic and Aluminium to Titanium, Inconel etc., and various size, from very small, articulated 5-axes workpieces to sturdy, relatively heavy structures for dynamic testing. The Service in scope is to provide maintenance and daily operation of the EMWS, assuring the support to its customers in the field of product manufacturing.
