Tenders are invited for ETAS - Eurocontrol Technology Applications Sourcing EUROCONTROLs NMD Technology division is looking to contract with 2 best in class IT service providers to modernise and enhance its operational capabilities through its Integrated Network Management (iNM) mission critical systems. Following the initial roll-out of iNM applications in October 2024 and the objective of fully migrating legacy systems to the cloud as per the Agency IT Strategy, it is essential to maintain robust support and development for both legacy and new digital products. This means seamless network management services for all stakeholders, particularly as the legacy and iNM applications will operate concurrently until 2030 as well as safeguarding against any decline in operational effectiveness. EUROCONTROL is looking for a long term, dual-supplier framework that promotes competitive dynamics, risk mitigation, and continuous innovation. We wish to offer challenging and interesting work, offering people the opportunity to learn and grow, and to work on the latest technology and evolutions. Technical subject matter: For the next set of contracts, EUROCONTROL with work with two lots: Lot 1 Technologies and tooling Lot 2 Methodologies and delivery Through this sourcing, EUROCONTROL is looking to source around 220 FTEs (expected volumes, not committed volumes) through the subsequent contracts. We are looking for potential partners who are willing to take strong commitments in terms of staffing the right resources, in return for long term substantial business. Partners who are performing well will be rewarded with long term business, while service credits shall be applicable when partners are not able to staff the appropriate capability.
