And be of a Class 1 type as per the aforementioned Standards. The sensors must have the following sensor cells / parameters integrated into each Unit: Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) Nitric oxide (NO) Ozone (O3) Particulate Matter (PM2.5) Particulate Matter (PM10) Carbon monoxide (CO) Sulphur dioxide (SO2) Hydrogen sulphide (H2S Total Organic Volatile Compounds (TVOCs) Pressure Temperature Relative Humidity The sensor software, user interface and data management system/Cloud storage must be included in the price of the system for the lifespan of the device. The sensor must be capable of integrating into the Envitech ENVIDAS data management system utilized by the City of Cape Town. The Units must be capable of being powered by a photovoltaic solar panel and or AC/ DC power supply. One of the Units must be supplied with a Photovoltaic panel, for portable deployment where power supply is not available. The Units must be capable of being tripod mounted or fixed to infrastructure, such as telephone/streetlight poles. The device must have a minimum dust and weatherproof rating of IP65, defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) under international standards IEC 60529. The sensors must be supplied with factory calibration certificates. The supplier must have RSA-based back-up support, spares and calibration services. The sensors must have data storing capability for periods when connectivity is not available The sensors must be capable of transmitting data via supplied SIM card; and low-power network connectivity capability. Data should also be downloadable from the device to a laptop in the field. The Sensors must have a minimum operating range of -10 degrees C 40 degrees C. The Sensors must be supplied with a rechargeable battery back-up capable of enabling operation independent of power supply, for a minimum of 72 hours. The equipment must have a minimum of a 1-year warrantee against all defects from the date of delivery.
